PDI 2020 HOTEL FAQs
I want to stay at the Hotel where the PDI is located (Host Hotel)
The PDI 2020 host hotel is the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. If they are sold out, we also have a block of rooms at the Inn at Opryland that is within walking distance to the Gaylord Opryland.
I made a reservation but did not receive a confirmation email
Please call the hotel and request a confirmation be resent. The number is 877-491-7397 for Gaylord Opryland and 800-901-4211 for the Inn at Opryland.
How much is parking?
Gaylord Opryland is $32.00 daily for self-parking and $40/day for valet.
Inn at Opryland – Complimentary on-site parking
Is there a Shuttle from the Inn at Opryland?
There is an airport shuttle that departs the hotel and stops at the Gaylord Opryland hotel in the morning that you can take. The first shuttle departs at 6:45am and then runs on the 15 and 45 time slots. In the afternoon/evening, you can take the resort complex shuttle bus that stops at Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills Mall that runs from 11:30am – 8:45pm.
I haven't booked yet, how much are the rooms?
Gaylord Opryland Hotel is $223.00 single/double plus taxes, per night (per diem)
Inn at Opryland is $199.00 single/double plus taxes, per night

Is there free WiFi
Gaylord Opryland Hotel – Guest rooms have WiFi included with the group rate. ASMC will provide complimentary WiFi in the meeting space.
Inn at Opryland – Complimentary WiFi is available in the Guest rooms, Lobby and public areas.
I need a Handicapped room
Gaylord Opryland – Enter your information in the Additional Request field on the reservation.
Inn at Opryland – Enter your information in the Comments Section on the reservation, or call Central Reservations at 800-901-4211. They need to know if you need a roll-in shower or hearing assistance.
I need to cancel my Hotel
Gaylord Opryland – You can cancel through the email confirmation or contact the reservation number at 877-491-7397. Make sure to receive a cancellation number.
Inn at Opryland – Follow the link in your hotel confirmation email. Make sure to receive a cancellation number.
I made the reservation through DTS but I need you to change it.
You will need to contact DTS directly. We do not have any access to your reservation thru DTS.
Can I make the reservation through DTS?
No, you need to use the housing links provided in your registration confirmation.
How far in advance can I cancel?
The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit 1 night room and tax.
Does the hotel charge my credit card when I make a reservation?
No, a credit card is required at the time of reservation in order to hold the room. The hotel does NOT charge a deposit.
What time can I check in at the hotel and when is check out time?
Gaylord Opryland – Check-in: 4:00pm; Check-out: 11:00am
Inn at Opryland – Check-in: 4:00pm; Check-out: 12:00pm
